Community Guidelines
Pray with love
- Be kind and respectful. Disagree gently, and never mock someone's faith, struggles or prayer.
- Keep prayer requests in the group. What someone shares about their health, family or struggles is theirs. Don't screenshot or forward it without permission.
- Stay on purpose. Gracio groups are for prayer, faith and gatherings, not for selling, chain messages or politics.
Not allowed
- Harassment, bullying, threats or hate based on religion, ethnicity, gender, disability, age or any other trait
- Sexual content of any kind, and anything that sexualizes minors (see Child Safety Standards)
- Scams, fundraising fraud, investment or "networking" pitches, or asking members for money outside of an official, verified parish account
- Spam, fake accounts, or pretending to be a priest, religious or parish when you are not
- Sharing others' private information (addresses, phone numbers, medical details) without consent
- Content that promotes self-harm, violence or illegal activity
If someone is struggling
If a prayer request mentions self-harm or danger, pray, and also encourage them to reach out for help. In the Philippines, the NCMH Crisis Hotline is available 24/7 at 1553 (landline, toll-free) or 0917-899-8727 / 0966-351-4518. In an emergency, call 911.
Admins
Group owners and admins can remove messages, mute or remove members, and decide who can plan gatherings. Admins are expected to apply these guidelines fairly.
Reporting and enforcement
Long-press any message → Report, or open a member → Report. You can also block someone so you no longer see their messages. Our team reviews reports and may remove content, warn, suspend or ban accounts. Serious harm is reported to authorities.
